FAQ How many badges do I need to order at a time? We have no minimum order! We understand that you may only need one badge. We make hundreds of one offs, so don't stress that you are putting us out. Are smaller orders more expensive? NO. the price of one badge is the same as 10. Do you offer discounts? YES. Orders over 25 badges attract a discount. Check out our prices page for details or ask us for a quote. Do you have an order form or online ordering? No. We find that most of our customers would prefer to send an email with the list of names and for larger orders via a Word or Excel document. If you would like to see an order form or online ordering, please send us an email to chris@badgelink.com.au. Other competitors prices seem to be cheaper. Why is that? Most of our competitors say their badges are a low price, but when you read the fine print and the add ons the badge is generally more expensive. We include the magnetic fitting, resin doming, full colour and no limit to text or images, because we know that 99% of our customers want this product. or It's simply a cheaper product. We believe we have the best quality badges in Australia and that's why we offer a complimentary sample. if you want to be sure, we can send you a sample and you can compare the products Why does my proof look like a different colour on screen? The colours on screen
can appear different to when it is printed. We also export
your file in a low resolution so that it is quicker and easier to
email, so this may also affect the colours. If you are not
convinced, please let us know and we can double check to ensure the
colours will be correct when printing. What format do you need my logo in? Normally a jpeg at 300dpi or better is sufficient for the badge, but if you require us to match colours with text etc, we generally require an EPS, AI or PDF file that allows us to manipulate the logo. If you are unsure, send it anyway. We'll soon let you know. The better quality, the better print, meaning the better looking badge. Can I get my designer to send my badges to you to print? Yes. When can I expect my badges? 7 to 10 days after approval of the proof. Generally if you order on Monday to Wednesday it will be in the post by the following Monday. If you order on Thursday or Friday it will be in the post on the following Thursday. Can you do my badges urgently? We require at least 2
to 3 full days to allow the badges to dry completely before applying
the resin doming. If they don't have long enough to dry, the
ink can sometimes bleed under the doming. Just ask us if you are require your badges urgently and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. |
